Genuine Davey Spaquip Spa Power 400, 500, 54500, 600, and 601 series digital touchpad panel. Common on older Maax, Monarch, Impact, Heritage, Endless, Aristocrat, Sapphire and many other spas. Also sold as a Monarch Spa Power 500 touchpad.. This is the Rectangular Version Q71092-03SP. The Oval Version is listed here.

Rectangle Version. These have had various overlay decals. Common on Maax, Monarch, and many other spas. First photo is used for illustration of the most common overlay style in the past. New style only comes with the Black & Yello OEM decal overlay as shown in the second photo. All other overlays are no longer sold.
