Covid-19 Affecting Supply Chain

We have been in contact with all manufacturers of spa parts, and pool heaters. There are currently some significant delays on some key products, and components, and many have no ETA from the manufacturers. 

When we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you ASAP to advise of any supply issues, or alternatives where possible. 

We can assure you there is nowhere else in Australia that you will be able to source most of those items, as we have direct relationships with all other Manufacturers, Importers, & Distributors.

As you are probably aware, Coronavirus has already taken an effect on deliveries and manufacturing in many parts of China. There is also a minimum 2 week delay required for shipments from China. Many important components and whole products come from China, and this will certainly affect availability of stock, and in manufacturing. 

We are in touch with all of the major importers, and manufacturers. There is a real possibility that it could get worse for the foreseeable future, as it has a domino-effect on Australia. We are keeping in stock as much as possible, and trying to source parts elsewhere when possible.
