Important Notice: $1 Pricing Glitch
On 9th April, due to a technical glitch, almost all products on our website were incorrectly listed at $1 for approximately 1.5 hours. This was a site-wide pricing error.
All orders placed during this time have been cancelled and fully refunded, as the pricing was clearly a mistake and not reflective of the true value or intent to sell at that price.
While the vast majority of our customers have been understanding and awesome, a small number of pushy individuals have made unfounded claims of 'false advertising.' If that’s truly what you think of us — that we’d deliberately mislead people — then it's worth asking why you'd even want to continue engaging with us? We work hard to do the right thing, and it’s disappointing to be viewed that way.
We always strive to offer great value, but accusing us of wrongdoing & deliberately attempting to exploit a mistake goes against the kind good intent we operate with.
We will not enter a "back & forth" argument. This matter is closed, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support of our genuine, loyal, and wonderful customers!

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not obligated to honour prices that are clearly the result of an error. Since this was an unintentional glitch, there was no deception or misleading conduct on our part. More reading here.
Terms of Service clearly state: "We reserve the right to cancel any order where an error in pricing or product information has occurred."
For Those Pushing Back on the Error:
It’s disappointing to see some individuals continuing to attempt to exploit a clear and temporary pricing glitch... especially when it was an honest mistake by a hardworking, family-run business. This is not the kind of relationship we seek with our customers, and we have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behaviour. These are spa parts, not liver transplants!
