Important Notice: Website Pricing Errors

From time to time, a technical glitch or manual input error may result in incorrect pricing being displayed on our website. While rare, these pricing issues can occur across one or many products and may include items showing for $0, $1, or at a significantly lower amount than their actual value.

We do our best to catch these errors quickly, but if an order is placed during such a time, it may be cancelled and refunded in full if the pricing was clearly a mistake. For minor discrepancies, we may honour the price -- but when it’s obvious (such as an item that should be $200+ appearing at $1), it will not be processed, as this is not a genuine offer or intent to sell at that price.

We truly appreciate honest customers who alert us when something doesn’t look right. If you ever spot a possible pricing mistake, letting us know is the right thing to do -- rather than trying to quietly take advantage and hope we don’t notice.

We appreciate that the vast majority of our customers understand this and respect the good faith we operate with. However, we want to be clear: attempting to exploit a pricing glitch, or accusing us of wrongdoing for an honest mistake, is not in the spirit of mutual respect we aim to foster.

As a small, family-run business, we work hard to offer great value and top-level support. If your values don’t align with that, we respect your right to shop elsewhere. We do not enter prolonged debates over pricing errors. This policy is firm, and we thank our loyal and reasonable customers for their ongoing support.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to honour prices that are clearly incorrect or listed in error. Because these issues are unintentional, there is no misleading or deceptive conduct involved. More reading here.

Our Terms of Service clearly state: "We reserve the right to cancel any order where an error in pricing or product information has occurred."
