We’re often asked if we offer trade pricing or accounts. The short answer is no — and here’s why.

Why We Don’t Offer Trade Pricing

Heater & Spa Parts is a retail-focused business. Most prices are already below standard retail. The same fair pricing applies to everyone — technicians, pool shops, and DIY customers.

  • We don’t offer trade accounts.
  • We don’t process purchase orders or issue invoices.
  • Order directly from the product page. Fast and simple.
But I’m an electrician or plumber. Shouldn’t I get a better price?

Many retail customers spend more with us over time than trades who occasionally work on spas. Our pricing is already competitive and sustainable.

If you regularly service spas or pool heaters, contact each manufacturer directly for trade pricing. Most require paperwork and a minimum annual spend.

Offering deeper discounts here would mean raising prices for everyone else. We won’t do that.

Why technicians and trades should charge more

Please don’t compare our retail pricing with a technician’s total charge. They are not the same thing.

A proper mobile service business must cover:

  • Fuel, vehicles, tools, and insurance
  • Admin time, travel, and training
  • Call-outs, troubleshooting, and warranty support

You’re paying for knowledge, service, and accountability. Being the cheapest is not sustainable if it means cutting corners or disappearing when things go wrong.

We support DIYers, pool shops, service techs, and trades. We each play a different role. Fair pricing and sustainable models keep everyone in business.


Bottom line: our prices are sharp and the same for all customers. For trade rates, apply with manufacturers. For parts from us, order online and you’re done.
