Christmas / New Year Closure - We close 19th December through 12th January 2026*
*What to expect:
- Orders can still be placed, with shipping resuming approximately 6th January, but many items may not ship until after 12 January 2026, as most suppliers are also closed over this period.
- Website stock levels won’t be accurate during the closure.
- Emails will be replied to intermittently while we take a break to spend time with family and friends. We are unlikely to get to emails before 6th January, as we will be outside mobile service for much of the new year.
- Express Post & Pickups unavailable during this time and the physical store and phones will be unavailable.

- PICTURES, PICTURES, PICTURES. Clear photos of the part itself and where it is located (control box, touchpad, pump label, filters, etc.). Pictures are the fastest and most accurate way to identify and give information about a part or product.
- Measurements (e.g. thread size, pipe OD/ID, heater kW rating, pump label details, etc).
- Brands: Mention any brands you know or can see.
- Error codes or symptoms you’ve noticed, plus anything you’ve already tried.
- Technical Help – For technical assistance, please email us with as much detail as possible. Keep in mind we are limited in what advice we can provide on electrical and gas components, as all work must be carried out by a qualified technician.

Email is almost always best. Most enquiries need photos, measurements, or model details, and email makes it easy to include these. This way we can give you accurate answers without guesswork, and you’ll usually receive a quicker, more complete reply than by phone.
