50mm (2") SpaFlex® Flexible PVC Pressure & Suction Pipe
Premium flexible PVC hose for spas, hot tubs, pools, and irrigation. Made in the USA by leading manufacturers of spiral-reinforced flexible PVC, designed for reliable pressure (Class 18) and vacuum/suction applications. This is not the low-quality import hose that often fails sizing and leaks—this product is built for long service in Australian conditions. Tip: Also suitable as vacuum pipe for spa/pool suction lines.

Installation Notes

Warm to flex: Use mild heat (e.g. heat gun) to increase flexibility. In colder temperatures pipe can be quite stiff.
- Primer + Flexible-PVC Glue required: Use a proper primer and a Flexible-PVC adhesive. Regular rigid PVC glue will eventually leak because it does not flex or fill properly.
- *Sunlight warning: Do not leave exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, as discolouration will occur. At minimum, cover or paint the pipe if installed outdoors.

Gluing: Ensure clean, square cuts; glue, then twist & hold joint until initial set.
- Support pipe: Failure to properly support pipe can cause failure of joints and fittings. As pipe softens at temperature, they can sag!
