Balboa BP200 Heater Assembly - 2kW 90° Offset

Balboa BP200 Series 90 Degree Offset 2kw Heater Element / Tube Assy replacement to Suit BP 200 Spa Systems. Balboa Water Group 58454 heater assembly with 2.0kw incoloy element and SS heater tube.
Sensors are located at 90 degrees offset to the element terminals. Most heater tubes have sensors and elements inline. It has two different length (14" and 24" cable lengths) m7 temperature sensors

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
