Astralpool HiNRG 175 250 400 In Out Manifold Header - Inlet / Outlet - MKII or Series 2

In/Out Manifold Header for HiNRG 400 and some Jacuzzi gas heaters. This suits MK 2 or Series 2 Heaters. Suits Astralpool HiNRG 400 and Jacuzzi J-HN400C. Note new style manifolds have relocated Hi-Limit switches from early models, and some now use a copper pressure switch tube. They retrofit older models and should be installed by a qualified person.

Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info
Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.
- 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
- 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
- 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

Plug Types & Styles
Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.
- AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
- Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
- C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
- Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
