Raypak In Out Manifold. Suits the following Raypak Rheem & Davey Gas Heaters: 200, 280, 350, 430 pool and spa heaters. Comes with Bypass & fittings. Capron material. Manifold O-ring Listed Here. Generally fail due to overheating from poor combustion or chemical damage.

Important Notes:

  1. As of 2023, these manifolds are longer and require the Protek Anode. See "Add-ons." If you have the older manifold, new manifold requires replumbing.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
