Senex Aeromax Air Injector Cap - Replacements

Senex spa bath air injector cap - Originally came threaded with 4 air channels. 25.7mm diameter cap, 12mm diameter thread, 6mm thread length. The same injector cap was also made with approx double the thread length. Original old versions were smooth, chrome, white, cream, or gold. Old versions are no longer available, and were discontinued several years ago.

Replacement Information:

• These can be used as replacements, but are in a different style. Images show the original style, in addition to the new style. 
• These new replacements are textured and come in white, or silvery-grey only. 
• Choose between long thread and short thread. Scroll through images for more info on how to check.
• New caps are textured, flat-topped, and come in white or silvery-grey only. 
  
• New caps measure 30mm across x 5mm high & have 8 air channels
• The original Stylus Air Force 2 MK1 bath air injectors are no longer available.
• Rubber stoppers are no longer available or needed.
• If out of stock, allow a few extra days when ordering.
  

Installation:

• Aligning the extremely-fine thread can be very finicky. Patience and persistence is needed, as the old brass bodies will have some corrosion and not super-smooth threads. In combination with new plastic threads, it's simply the nature of the design, that it will be tricky. 
• Please do not overtighten.
