Waterco Trimline Cartridge Spacer

Genuine Waterco cartridge spacer, part number 62078. On the taller Trimline models the filter runs two cartridge elements stacked one above the other, and this spacer sits between them. It holds the elements in correct alignment and keeps them seated so unfiltered water cannot bypass the join.

The spacer is easy to overlook when replacing elements, but a missing, cracked or collapsed spacer lets dirt track straight past the cartridges and back to the pool.
