How do I get in contact with you?
The quickest way is to email us. Please include photos, measurements, and model numbers so we can help properly.

Where is my order? When will it arrive?
Use the “View My Order” link in your confirmation email, or log into your account to see live tracking updates.

Tracking Info: Tracking numbers usually update within 48 hours after dispatch. Please check your courier’s site for the latest scans.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you view past orders and track shipments easily via your dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. Once an order is picked/packed or shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders (see policy for details).
How does warranty work?
All items we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience a fault, contact us with photos, details, and your order number. We’ll help lodge the claim and advise the next steps.

Are warranties valid if I buy from unauthorised resellers?
Manufacturer warranties apply only to purchases through authorised dealers. Buying from unauthorised or interstate sellers may void warranty coverage.
