Important - Requires Electrician:

Heaters no longer come with wiring looms as pictured. Your electrician may need to make new looms to suit your controller. It is important to have good, solid connections, otherwise damage will occur.
SP 750: Remove KL1 wire completely from PCB & heater and connect KL2 wire to KL1 connection as per last photo.
SP 1000: Remove thinner black & red wires to Klixon and connect together, not on the heater.
Click Here for Wiring Instructions - Note old instructions mention loom wiring that no longer comes with heater. As above, your electrician may need to make new cables.
This is not a DIY project.

We recommend upgrading your control system as the SP 750 and SP 1000 are completely discontinued with no other parts available.

Spa Power SP1000 & SP750 heater element / tube assembly for the following kilowatt ratings: 2.0kw, 3.0kw, 3.5kw, 4.5kw, 5.5kw, 6.0kw.

2.0kW, 3.0/3.5kW heaters may have different wiring. 4.5kw & 6.0kW are similar to the older style. These need to be fitted by a qualified person.
