Retail Shop Closed, But Online Orders Still Processed (Limited): 23 June – 3 August 2025
We’ve had this notice live on our website since May to give everyone plenty of time to prepare.
From Monday 23 June to Sunday 3 August 2025, we’ll be operating at reduced capacity:
- Our retail shop and phone lines will be closed.
- A small team will continue to process online orders.
- Email support remains open, but responses may take longer than usual.
- Some products will be temporarily de-listed and unavailable.
- Express Post and Pick-Up options will be unavailable.
This is part of our bi-annual break, a time we set aside to reconnect with family and friends. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we take this important time.

Past Closures:
18–28th April 2025
We’re closed for Easter and ANZAC (18–28 April), but don’t worry – we’re still shipping orders on the non-public holidays, but there may be some delays. Have a great break!
We fully re-open 29th April.
Please note that several of the distributors and manufacturers are taking extended Easter breaks and carrying out stocktakes. Some orders will be delayed beyond our control due to this.
Express options may be unavailable during this time.
16–17th January
Our physical store and phones will be closed on Thursday, 16th January and again from 1pm on Friday, 17th January.
With suppliers reopening, we are experiencing a high volume of deliveries and need to focus on processing and dispatching orders. Please note, we are also operating with limited staff.

January 2025
As we reopen following the Christmas and New Year holiday closure, we understand that the new year often brings a sense of urgency to get things done. This period, however, is always a bit of a challenge, as manufacturers and distributors gradually resume operations and dispatch goods to us.
Please be aware that there may be delays in processing and shipping orders during this time, just as there are at the start of every year. Many distributors and manufacturers will not reopen until 13th January, which means even Express orders may experience delays.
We’re working hard to process everything as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy time.
Christmas & New Year Holiday Closure

This holiday season, we’re spending some well-deserved time with our family and friends, and we encourage you to do the same. After all, spas and heaters are far less important than creating cherished memories with loved ones!
Here’s what to expect during our holiday break:

Our shop and phones will be unavailable during this time. For any inquiries, please use our Contact Form, and we’ll respond when we can.

Order processing will be limited. While some orders may still be fulfilled, many products will be unavailable until we’re back. Orders that can’t be sent during the break will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as we return.

Express shipping and pick-up options won’t be available, and our website will not reflect up-to-date stock during this period.
To make the most of this time, we recommend planning ahead, keeping in mind that many orders may only be fulfilled after we return.
