Clear photos of the part itself and where it sits in the spa (control box, touchpad, pump label, filters, etc.).
Measurements (e.g. thread size, pipe OD/ID, heater kW rating, pump label details, etc).
Brands: Mention any brands you know or can see.
Error codes or symptoms you’ve noticed, plus anything you’ve already tried.
Technical Help - For technical assistance, please email us with as much detail as possible. Keep in mind we are limited in what advice we can provide on electrical and gas components, as all work must be carried out by a qualified technician.
