AquaSpa Chlorine-Free System
AquaSpa is a chlorine-free and bromine-free spa chemical system based on PHMB, also known as biguanide or polyhexanide. It is designed for spa owners who want properly sanitised water without the strong smell, feel, eye irritation, or harshness often associated with chlorine and bromine systems.

The AquaSpa range works as a complete system, using Spa Sanitiser, Spa Shock and Spa Kleer as the core weekly routine. It is also closely related to the AquaFresh / Spa Fresh chlorine-free range used by some Australian spa brands, including Spa Industries style systems. When used correctly, the sanitiser maintains a measurable biguanide residual in the water, with normal weekly dosing at 60ml per 1000 litres and an ideal sanitiser level of around 15 to 20ppm.
This system is best used with the correct AquaSpa-compatible products, test strips and conversion process. Do not mix AquaSpa with chlorine or bromine products unless the spa has been properly drained, cleaned and converted first.
