Raypak Gas Valve - since 2019. White Rodgers 36H32-409 24V Gas Valve Solenoid. Used in Raypak 200, 280, 350, 430 gas heaters. Spark ignition. Does not replace old Honeywell Smartvalves.

Uses these pilot assemblies. Comes as Natural Gas or LPG (Propane) variants.

The 36H32 series combination gas valve has redundant and main solenoid valves that control gas flow to the main burners, a pressure regulator to maintain a constant outlet pressure, and a two position on/off switch for electrical shutoff. The valves are shipped from the factory set for natural gas non-piloted applications.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
