When an item is in stock, it will be sent within 24-48 hours. If it is not in stock, it will be sent as soon as it is available. Express Post is the fastest delivery once it is out of our hands. It does NOT guarantee you will have the item within a certain period. We have no control of shipping times after it has left our warehouse. Express Post Delivery Times.
This is not a "Swap & See If It Works" service. Once an item is installed, it cannot be returned, unless previously arranged prior to purchase. This is due to the sensitive nature of gas & electrical items. Items can only be returned if it is genuinely faulty, and the issue cannot be rectified by either us, or the manufacturer / distributor.
Items must be installed by a qualified person, to the manufacturer's specifications, and to current Australian Standards. Evidence of this may be required.
