To identify a replacement pool or spa filter cartridge, measure the overall length, the outside diameter, the top end style, the bottom end style, the hole opening size and any thread or spigot size. Enter those measurements into the filter finder below to see the closest matching replacement cartridges.
If your old filter has a faded label, no part number, or has been rebranded under another spa or pool brand, measuring the cartridge is usually the most reliable way to find a replacement.
Select the top end-cap type first. If it has an opening (types A, E, G, H) you can also enter the hole size.
Select the bottom end-cap type first. Then add the hole size (types A, E, H, J) or thread/spigot OD (types A, D, H, J) if you can measure it.

HASP carries Australia’s largest physical range of pool and spa filter cartridges, with Darlly, Magnum, and other OEM high-quality filters available across a huge range of common replacement sizes.
Darlly & Magnum are some of the world’s largest OEM filter cartridge manufacturers, producing filters for pools, spas, drinking water systems, and industrial water filtration.
Both Darlly & Magnum manufacture filters that are commonly rebranded and supplied under many well-known pool and spa brands, including AstralPool, Davey, Emaux, Filtrite, Halo, Hayward, Madimack, Pentair, Poolrite, Poolwerx, Sapphire, Waterco, Zodiac and many others. In many cases, the filter inside the box is made by Darlly or Magnum, even when sold under another brand name.
This tool helps with searches such as:
Cartridges are matched not only by length and outside diameter — the top and bottom end styles matter just as much. A filter with the right length but the wrong end cap may not seal, lock in, or fit the housing correctly.
An open-hole end has a round opening through the centre of the cap. Measure the inside diameter of the opening in millimetres.
A closed end has no centre opening. Some closed ends include a handle or raised moulding.
A handle top makes the cartridge easier to remove. The handle shape must clear the filter housing lid.
A threaded bottom screws into the housing. Measure the outside diameter of the thread, and check the product listing carefully before ordering.
A spigot bottom has a raised male fitting that pushes into the housing. Measure the outside diameter of the spigot in millimetres.
If your filter still has a readable part number, searching by part number is usually fastest. If the number is missing, faded, or from a rebranded cartridge, searching by measurement is usually more reliable.
Many spa and pool filters are manufactured by large OEM makers such as Darlly and Magnum, then sold under different brand names. A replacement can match by measurement even when the brand printed on the old filter is different.
Two cartridges can share a similar length and diameter but have different end-cap styles. Always check the top end, bottom end, hole opening and thread or spigot size before ordering.
Yes. If the part number is missing or faded, measure the old cartridge by overall length, outside diameter, end-cap type, hole size and thread or spigot size. Those measurements can be used to find likely replacement filters.
Many pool and spa filter cartridges are manufactured by OEM makers and then rebranded by pool and spa companies, which is why measuring the cartridge is often more reliable than relying only on the brand printed on the old filter.
Cartridge measurements can vary slightly due to age, swelling, manufacturing tolerance or measuring method. Use the closest match, but always check the product listing before ordering.
Overall length, outside diameter, top end style, bottom end style, hole opening size, and thread or spigot size.
Only if the dimensions, end-cap style, flow requirements and housing requirements are correct. Do not choose by appearance alone.
