- How long can I leave the robot in the pool?
Remove after each cycle and clean the filter. Madimack’s filter cleaner helps remove oils and fine debris.
- Minimum water depth?
Operates between 0.4m and 3m. It automatically stops below 40cm.
- Can I use it in winter?
Yes, between 4°C and 35°C. Cold water reduces battery performance.
- Can it clean a spa?
Not recommended above 35°C.
- Why doesn’t the battery last as long as stated?
Cold water, poor water chemistry, inclines, and clogged filters can reduce runtime by up to 25%.
- How long does it take to charge?
