- 📸 PICTURES!. Clear photos of the part itself and where it is located (control box, touchpad, pump label, filters, etc.). Front, Back, and Sides. Pictures are the fastest and most accurate way to identify a part or product. 😊
- 📏 Measurements (diameters, lengths, widths, etc)
- 🗏 Brands you know or can see or any names on anything.
- ⚠️ Error codes or symptoms you’ve noticed, plus anything you’ve already tried
- Technical help: We can guide you as best we can, but electrical and gas work must be carried out by a qualified technician.
