But just to be clear: we do not tolerate abuse, threats, tantrums, or arguments. This is the pool and spa industry. Nobody’s life depends on a filter cartridge arriving at 9:01am.

What we won’t put up with
- Arguments and bad-faith back-and-forth. If you’re here to “win”, we’re done.
- Swearing, profanity, insults, or personal attacks.
- Raised voices, shouting, threats, intimidation, or harassment.
- Hostile or accusatory tone. Talk to us like humans and we’ll do the same.
- Discrimination. Sexist, racist, or demeaning remarks of any kind.
- Bullying tactics. Demands, ultimatums, or harassment won’t get a better outcome.
- Aggression-by-format. ALL CAPS, abusive punctuation, or message spam to pressure staff.
What happens if it does
At the first sign of any of the above, we will end the call, stop replying, refuse service, cancel orders, and block future contact. We do this to protect our team and keep service fair for respectful customers.
