Universal Balboa, Hydroquip, Pentair Heater element. 4.0kW. Suits 15" and other sizes of heater assemblies. Fits all Balboa M7 / GS / VS / GL / EL / Dominator / BP / Sig10, Sig15 series. Also suits many Gecko, Hydroquip, Pentair and other brands. These are common on Signature, Leisurite, Bullfrog, Designer, Lanark, and many more.

Suits all Twin-Sensor M7 & non-m7 Balboa Systems, with, or without pressure switch.

New style has epoxy bulkheads to considerably reduce galvanic corrosion where the element penetrates the heater tube. First image shows the more common older style elements.

Base Stud: 1/4" - Approx 32mm Centre-to-Centre studs.

Notes:

Make sure when loosening and tightening element nuts, that the base stud nut is held firmly, with no movement. If the base stud nut is twisted, it damages the epoxy seal and element, and cannot be covered by warranty.
Base stud nuts use with 3/8", or 1/4" slimline spanners. (not metric)
We recommend replacing the heater gaskets when replacing the heater elements
