Used on LA Spas and Monarch spas, also on UFI spas Pentair American Products Micro jets. 63mm diameter, 2 long and 2 short prongs on the rear.

Note the 2 prongs on the back making it different from others - not to be cofused with Spaquip mini jet internal.
