Important Information for Christmas Orders
Stock Levels: Please note, as per previous News Posts, many of the manufacturers and distributors have had low stock levels this end-of-year season. We have been keeping as much stock as possible, and are sending orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times: Australia Post and all couriers have experienced some delays with their normal shipping times. We cannot guarantee any orders to arrive within a certain time-frame. Express Post by AusPost has been the fastest delivery method in the past, but even they are not guaranteeing delivery. This is due to the Bushfires and peak Christmas season. Unfortunately we have no control over this & cannot give Arrival Dates.
Christmas / New Year Closure: Our phones & email may not be answered from 19th December through 6th January, in order for our skeleton staff to organize as many deliveries as possible over the holiday period. Most distributors and manufacturers are also closed during this period, so parts not in stock cannot be sent during this time.
We are officially closed between 20th December & 6th January.
