Lid suits CL 400 & CL 600 cartridge filters by Astral. Part No: 10059. As of 2026, only comes with handles. Older version without handles is no longer available.

Number 3 in the diagram below. Genuine Astralpool part. 

Note: Newer versions of the lid may require the handles to be removed in order to fit the locking ring. Unlike older models, the locking ring is now designed to detach and remain attached to the lid when it is removed. 

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD
