Davey Spaquip Blower 5602 Replacement Kit Blowers

The Davey Spa-Quip 5602 Blowers are obsolete and no longer available. This kit will allow you to have a blower for Spa Power 601, 800, 1200 controllers in most situations where you previously had a variable-speed blower (since discontinued).

Our exclusive kit includes a single-speed Davey blower with AMP plug, built-in air switch, air button to activate, and air tubing for straightforward installation.

With power isolated OFF - Plug the blower into the SPVSB socket on the controller, then mount the air button in a suitable location on the spa. The air button requires a 38mm hole to be drilled.

Please note: after installation, the blower is operated by the air button only. The existing touchpad buttons will no longer control the blower. Press the air button to switch the blower on and off.

Pipe & Fittings Sizing Info

Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

Plug Types & Styles

Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
