We recommend replacing the entire light with a retrofit pool light from Spa Electrics or Aquaquip. We no longer sell lights due to warranty issues, so we recommend contacting the above companies for replacement options and recommendations to have it installed by a professional.

*You may be able to take the actual light lens/globe to an automotive parts supplier, as they were a fairly common 12V 25W 4.5" automotive light.

Dega Delite Spa Lights were made in the 1980s and 1990s and used a 12V globe. Most Parts are no longer available. They originally came with Blue, Green & Red lens covers

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
