Edgetec Reactive Air Control Venturi for Spa Baths - Chrome Smooth - Obsolete (No Longer Available)

Edgetec air control valve - Reactive - Smooth E1200-ch. This smoother topped air control for spa baths replaces the older Scalloped version here.

Cap & Internal rotor can be easily replaced by popping them off with a small flat-bladed screwdriver. Generally mounted with a locking nut on the underside of the bath shell. See photos.

  • 1 x 3/8"/ 9mm hose connection that run around spa jets in a ring main

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
