  • Physically Stocked, unlike most "drop-shipping" websites.
  • Shipped from VIC, NSW, WA, QLD
  • There is a raised/embossed hole in the outer ring of the cover that you can easily detect with your finger.
  • Once identified, insert a thin 'tool' such as a pop rivet or nail through the embossed hole and push down to depress the locking lever.
  • At the same time rotate the cover 1/8 turn anti-clockwise. Then pull cover away from the fitting.
  • Installation is a reversal except there is no need to use the rivet.
  • Ensure the locking lever engages and the cover cannot be unscrewed without aid of a tool.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
