Rising Dragon Cartridge Mount Assembly - 1.5" Acme thread x 2" socket. Often found in Chinese-made spas too use with these coarse-threaded filters.

Black insert twist locks into place. Sometimes comes out when removing the filter. Only comes as the set. You can discard the other parts if necessary.
