Obsolete – No Longer Available

Senex spa bath air injector cap - threaded with 4 channels. 25.7mm diameter cap, 12mm diameter thread, 6mm thread length. The same injector cap was also made with approx double the thread length.

These are obsolete. There is no other replacement that fits. Caps between brands and models are not interchangeable.

Options for Replacement:

  • 3D Print – Some customers have had success 3D printing caps. We cannot provide information or assistance with this, as it is outside our expertise.
  • Find Secondhand Bath – Sourcing parts from another bath (e.g. via Facebook Marketplace or similar) may be an option.
  • Replumb – If there is access to the underside of the bath, it may be possible to replace the entire fitting with a new unit. Please ensure you measure the hole size and any other relevant dimensions to confirm compatibility. We are unable to provide guidance on performing this type of installation.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
