Spa Control System Repair Service

We have in-house repair technicians for many of the most common spa control systems. We only repair selected models we know well and can properly support, as parts for many other systems are difficult or impossible to source.

This fee is for the upfront assessment fee & shipping only. It must be paid before your item is sent in. This fee covers assessment labour, return shipping, and in some cases basic materials involved in testing. This fee is non-refundable due to our real costs.

How the Repair Process Works

• Step 1. Review this page carefully and confirm your model is one we repair.
• Step 2. Choose your repair product from the dropdown menu.
• Step 3. Add to Cart and complete checkout. This payment covers the upfront assessment fee.
• Step 4. Print and complete [this repair form].
• Step 5. Send or drop off your item to: HASP - 1/10 Industry Blvd, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201

Once your item arrives, we will assess it and contact you with the outcome. Depending on the fault and whether repair is viable, we will either provide a repair quote, carry out the repair once approved, or return the item. Please allow approximately 1 to 3 weeks for assessment, plus additional time for repair and return freight if applicable. During peak periods, turnaround times may be longer.

Important for control system repairs: Please send the complete control box, heater, and touchpad. We do not accept bare circuit boards or incomplete systems, as proper diagnosis usually requires the full assembly.

• Turnaround times depend on fault complexity, parts availability, and current workload.
• Public holidays and long breaks can cause additional delays due to increased repair volume.

• Other brands not repaired: Joyonway, e-Think, Zync, Gecko Aeware, HydroQuip, MSPA, Pentair, SSPA, and many other brands outside the ranges listed above.
