Tip: Before replacing this PCB, Isolate Power, then unplug Lights & Blower Speed control cable. Switch on power and see if PCB starts working. In some cases, a faulty light or blower can cause the PCB to 'power down' and be completely unresponsive.

Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info
Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.
- 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
- 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
- 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

Plug Types & Styles
Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.
- AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
- Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
- C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
- Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
