MULTI PORTS: can be plumbed as a top or front discharge plump.
AIR BLEED: Air Bleed can be activated any time should air locking occur, the air bleed has an o'ring seal to ensure positive sealing once air has been expelled.
Important Info: As of mid-2025 these pumps come with a blank lead and no plug due to new electrical compliance regulations. You can use the standard non-heated version of this pump here that does include a 3-pin plug..
Replacing Other Brands (Davey, Onga, Balboa, Kohler, etc.):
- When replacing obsolete bath pumps from other brands, the old barrel unions( screw-on plumbing fittings) must be cut off and the supplied unions fitted. Some minor plumbing changes may also be required. Any plumber or capable handyman can generally handle this easily.
- This pump replaces several discontinued models, including the Davey XS200, XS250, Bath Pump 230, Onga 2381, 2388, 2391, 2398, 4381, Balboa 2381, 2388, and others.
As with all Davey pump replacements, new unions (included) must be installed to suit this pump.

Xtra Heat spa bath pumps are operated from an air button located on the side of your spa bath, a simple press of the air button and your spa pumps starts, inviting you to sit back and relax in an invigorating hydro massage.
A revolutionary new “Flat Plate” stainless steel 700 watt heater element is built into the pump, out of the main water flow path. Extensive research and development has renewed the process and captured the full power of the element that will maintain your bath water temperature.
The TriFlo pump internal design allows the water to self drain so that there is no residue water left in the pump when the spa is emptied in accordance with Local Health Regulations.
IMPORTANT:
- TriFlo spa bath pumps are designed for spa bath operation only and should not be used in chemically treated water or permanently filled spas or any other purpose.
- These bath pumps are intended to help maintain temperature in a bath to roughly 36-38° and not to heat a bath from cold.
