S&P spa bath suction. Replaces older Chrome, Gold, and Plastic spa bath suction covers with 3 screws. Uses 40mm slip fit. 40mm pressure PVC pipe glues into this or uses 50mm male thread (~59mm OD) into a BSP socket. Replaces many spa bath suctions. Replaces both plastic and metal suction covers with 3 screws from S&P and Onga. Sold individually.

  • 48mm ID slip (40mm pipe) and ~59mm OD male thread w/ Locking Nut
  • 85mm / 100mm OD faceplate diameter
  • 27.5mm thick (cover itself)
  • Cover screws are 49-50mm apart
  • Hole size required: ~59mm
  • Max flow rate: 192 LPM
  • Comes as a complete part. Cover can be unscrewed from base to replace older covers. Cover not available separately.

May be used to replace threaded Davey Aquaselect suction covers that are no longer available.

  • Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info

    Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.

    • 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
    • 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
    • 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

  • Plug Types & Styles

    Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.

    • AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
    • Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
    • C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
    • Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
