Description

Return header manifold for all Astralpool HiNRG gas heaters. Includes the 78661 manifold, 78665 end cap, nut, and bypass assembly. Manifolds should be inspected annually, and tube seals replaced when necessary. Also suits some North American Jacuzzi gas pool and spa heaters.

Note: There are two versions of these manifolds. There is no way to tell by Serial number or from looking at it externally. We recommend sending photos of the inside if your manifold, or sending it to us.

  • Baffled - has long stem under end cap.
  • Non-baffled - has no stem under cap, just a plug.
