This is a common size for most brands of spas. Used for connecting pumps, jets, blowers etc. 25mm 1" Class 18 Flexible PVC. Also called Spa Flex. Very flexible, USA-made. This is NOT the poor-quality Chinese flexible PVC you find on most online shops.

- Must be glued with a PVC glue made for this. Eg: Flexible-PVC Glue
- Must be appropriately primed before gluing.
- Not recommended for use in direct sunlight. Cover or paint.

Regular PVC glue will leak eventually as it does not fill, flex, or adhere properly and does not keep it's flexibility like this glue.

Handy PVC Plumbing Size Info
Plumbing sizes can be confusing. Pressure PVC pipe use nominal sizes - the size is simple a name, not the measured dimension. This convention is used across most pool and spa systems so that pipes and fittings remain compatible.
- 50mm / 2" = ~60-61mm OD
- 40mm / 1.5" = ~48mm OD
- 25mm / 1" = ~33-34mm OD

Plug Types & Styles
Common plug types found on spa equipment are AMP, Mini JJ, C38 (Aus 3-pin), Gecko in.link, etc. For more information please click here.
- AMP plugs are the most common type used for over 20 years.
- Many Mini J&J plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
- C38 is the common Australian 3-pin plug found in normal household outlets.
- Gecko (Aeware) in.link style plugs are no longer available and must be modified.
