Covid-19 Updates / Contact-less Pick-Up / Supply Issues
Australia Post's Express Post is still the fastest method of delivery. They aren't guaranteeing overnight delivery to all areas, but it is certainly being prioritized Australia-Wide.

With the latest Covid-19 restrictions now in force, our store will be closed to the public, but we will have Contact-less Pick-ups available for Victorian Customers. Or, you can still order online, and get the fastest shipping available. The below begins Wednesday 04/08/2020.
In-line with Stage 4 Covid-19 Requirements for Melbourne:
- Our store doors will be shut, with no entry, and no personal interaction on-site. There can be no in-store shopping, or parts identification, or change of mind at our office. Sorry. :(
- If you would like to order parts & equipment, please phone 03 5902 2765 or email us with photos and/or parts you need. As we are extremely busy, please have patience. If we can't answer straight away, we will call back as soon as possible. There's no need to call 5 times in a row. :)
- We will organize the order in-store, and contact you when it is ready for pick-up.
- The item will be waiting outside our door, but we won't be able to interact with you. Again, Sorry. :(
We are receiving a crazy number of phone calls and emails. More than ever before, espeically since we opened the physical shop in January. Please be patient with us if we don't answer the phone or an email straight away. Sometimes email, or SMS is best, as we may be on the phone, or serving a customer in-store.
Shipping Times: Australia Post has advised they are prioritizing Express Post over normal post, as they are experiencing more parcel deliveries than even at Christmas time! They were also sending parcels via Passenger Planes, of which many are no longer flying. Your patience is appreciated!
Our phones & our physical shop are extremely busy, so if we can't answer, please send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We have been in contact with all manufacturers of spa parts, and pool heaters. There are currently some significant delays on some key products, and components, and many have no ETA from the manufacturers.
When we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you ASAP to advise of any supply issues, or alternatives where possible.
We can assure you there is nowhere else in Australia that you will be able to source most of those items, as we have direct relationships with all Manufacturers, Importers, & Distributors.
Note that all couriers, including Australia Post, are experiencing some 'random' delays on deliveries. We've found packages are being received more quickly using Express Post as the option when ordering. Once an item is dispatched from us, unfortunately we have no control of delivery times.

As you are probably aware, Coronavirus has already taken an effect on deliveries and manufacturing in many parts of China. There is also a minimum 2 week delay required for shipments from China. Many important components and whole products come from China, and this will certainly affect availability of stock, and in manufacturing.
We are in touch with all of the major importers, and manufacturers. There is a real possibility that it could get worse for the foreseeable future, as it has a domino-effect on Australia. We are keeping in stock as much as possible, and trying to source parts elsewhere when possible.
Unfortunately we have no control over this, but we do apologize for any inconvenience.
