Important Notice: $1 Pricing Glitch – Orders Cancelled and Refunded
Yesterday, 9th April, due to a technical glitch, almost all products on our website were temporarily listed at $1. This error occurred during a short window but affected the entire site.
All orders placed during this error window have been cancelled and fully refunded. The pricing was clearly incorrect and not representative of product value or intent.
For those wishing to attempt to "take advantage" of the error:
- As per Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to honour pricing that is clearly a mistake.
- Our Terms of Service also state: "We reserve the right to cancel any order where an error in pricing or product information has occurred."
Sadly, some individuals attempted to take advantage of this glitch and are continuing to raise the issue. We are a hardworking, family-run business, and deliberate attempts to exploit a known error are not acceptable. The matter is now considered resolved.
