Job Title: Multifaceted Team Member Location: Carrum Downs, Vic

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a proactive, detail-oriented person who can handle diverse responsibilities spanning customer service, order picking & packing, inventory management, and technical support. A significant focus of this role will be on picking, packing, and sending orders to ensure customers receive their products promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning about our products, their history, and how they interconnect to serve our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Focus on accurately picking, packing, and dispatching online and in-store orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Support: Provide knowledgeable and efficient assistance to customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, guide customers to appropriate solutions, and handle order follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including their functionality, compatibility, and application, to assist customers and troubleshoot issues.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
  • Technical Assistance: Support customers in identifying the right parts and provide guidance on installation and maintenance (where appropriate).
  • Retail Support: Assist in maintaining the retail shop, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Windows-based systems, and familiarity with email and e-commerce software.
  • Basic technical knowledge of spa and pool systems (training will be provided).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Correct grammar, spelling, etc is extremely important!
