Important: For control system repairs, include the control box, heater, and touchpad. We cannot accept bare circuit boards or incomplete systems, as a proper diagnosis requires all parts.

Our repair centre is one of only a couple in Australia specialising in spa control system repairs, and receive a high volume of units from across the country. Repairs are handled in order of arrival, and timeframes depend on fault complexity, parts availability, and current workload.
Public holidays, especially long breaks, often cause additional delays due to increased volume. If your item arrived around these times, it may take longer.
