Used on Englefield Kohler baths and others. Has 3 indicator lights vertically on the right - Power, Pump, Heat. Touchpad decal may may have main 2 buttons marked differently - typically Englefield will be marked On/Off & Heater.
Others may be marked Spa & Eco Heat Included cord plugs into touchpad and pump with 4 pin telephone style plugs.
