Obsolete. No Longer Available. There are no replacement options other than a new heater.

Note: We bought all remaining stock from manufacturer. Unfortunately, if this part is required the heater will need to be replaced.

Common Gas Heater Replacements:

• MX 125 - Use HX 120 as replacement heater
• MX 150 - Use HX 120 as replacement heater
• MX 200 - Use Raypak 200 as replacement
  
• MX 250 - Use Raypak 200 or Raypak 280 as replacement
• MX 300 - Use Raypak 280 as replacement
• MX 400 - Use Raypak 350 or Raypak 430 as replacement
• MX 500 - Use Raypak 430 as replacement

Return Manifold for Astral / Hurlcon MX heaters. New style MX Return Manifold now. with gasket-side made of bronze, rather than the older plastic types that warped & leaked. Suits all Hurlcon / Astralpool MX series gas heaters. When replacing, make sure rust is removed on heat exchanger plate.

Top plastic piece is no longer available as a standalone spare part.

For larger gaps in the heat exchanger steel plate, we recommend filling and sealing with Ferropre. Please ensure steel is cleaned of rust.

When replacing the manifold, you should also buy the Tube Seal Kit.
